iOS first Built in Belgium Withings & Apple Health
412exercises, each with a video
194recipes, with amounts and method
1app instead of three
01 · Training

Open it. The session is there.

Built around what’s rested. Trained back yesterday? It says so and swaps the exercise. Last time’s weight and reps sit in the fields, dashed until you make them yours.

A session with its exercises, and last time’s weight and reps waiting in the fields An exercise with its looping clip, its muscle map and how to do it
Today’s plan: a day of meals with amounts, method and macros Adding what you ate: search, a barcode, a description, or by hand
02 · Food

A full day of meals, not a blank diary.

Real recipes with amounts and method, already hitting your protein, carbs and fat. Ate something else? Log it in whichever way suits you.

Four ways to log a meal
Build a meal Add ingredients and amounts
Search & enter Find a food, or add it by hand
Scan a barcode Point at a product
Estimate
Describe with AI “300 g quark, granola, a banana”
03 · Progress

Your weight turns up on its own.

Withings and Apple Health send your weigh-ins over. Your plan follows the latest one, and your sets per muscle are counted from what you really logged.

Weight, body fat and lean mass against the goal Weekly sets per muscle group against each group’s floor
Pick a workout by muscle group, coloured by recovery The exercise library, searched and filtered by muscle
04 · Your call

Don’t fancy it? Change it.

Pick by muscle, by what’s recovered, or pick every exercise yourself. Each one has a looping clip and a muscle map, and a swap that says why.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

01

Tell it about you

Height, weight, what you’re training for, what you won’t eat. Once.

02

Open the app

Today’s session and today’s meals are already there, both from the same numbers.

03

Log it

Every set you tick and every meal you log changes what tomorrow asks of you.

Why it exists

I’ve weighed myself nearly every morning since 2018. I had the data, three apps, and still no answer to the one question that mattered. So I built the answer.

Questions

Questions, answered.

What does Fitener actually do?
It plans your training and your food from the same body data, and it logs both. One app instead of a lifting app, plus a food app, plus whatever your scale came with.
Which devices can I connect?
Withings scales and Apple Health. Your weigh-ins arrive on their own and show up in your graph, and they feed your calorie target when you haven’t typed a weight in yourself. We’d rather list two things that work than five that don’t.
Do I need equipment?
No. Tell it what you have: a full gym, two dumbbells, or nothing at all. It only picks exercises you can actually do.
How does it decide what I should eat?
From your lean mass if you know your body fat, and otherwise from your weight, height, age and sex. The app says which of the two it used, and you can open every step and see your own numbers.
Is my health data private?
It runs the app and nothing else. Never sold, never used for advertising. It’s stored on Cloudflare and your connection keys are encrypted. You can delete your account from inside the app.
When does it launch?
It’s in testing on iOS now. Join the waitlist and you get one email the day it’s in the App Store.

Be there on day one.
